Weddings
Comberton Leisure is already a great hit for weddings and receptions. We recognise the importance of the day and make sure everything is planned from beginning to end - timing, layout, catering, music, flowers, photography, etc. Our set price wedding packages can include all these and more, and further take the stress out of a day that all the family and friends should enjoy.

Conferences
Whether a business, public sector or voluntary organisation conference, we know how high standards are and have designed our service to be amongst the best in the area. As well as full use of our facilities, including sound, lighting and projection, we provide a full catering service and can take care of travel arrangements, accommodation, stewarding and administration.

Social events
Social events at Comberton Leisure can range from quiz nights and charity auctions through to May Balls, with full music, bar and catering services. Every function is different and we listen carefully to our clients, so we can plan for what they need, rather than for what is easiest to provide. Also our sports and fitness facilities allow us to offer unusual combinations such as a sports event followed by a dinner-dance.

A full and flexible service
Whatever the event, we are usually able to put forward a proposal that is high quality, innovative and good value. As a final point our facilities and services have been designed to be accessible to disabled people and we are more than happy to respond to any special requests.

Catering
We offer our own, on site catering service that can prepare and serve anything from snacks and a light buffet right through to a three-course meal with waitress service. For events with specialist catering requirement, e.g. ethnic food, we have access to a number of local services or can work with our clients and their preferred providers.

Facilities for functions include The Robert James Building, foyer, gallery, bar and - if needed - dining hall, studio and gymnasium.
