SCULPT & TONE Total body conditioning class. Burning calories and all over muscle toning to reshape your body
HI/LO AEROBICS High and low impact aerobics. A class to suit all abilities. You do what you can!
CARDIO KICK Aerobic class which combines punches and kick moves. A class with attitude!
PILATES A mind and body class. To improve posture, balance, flexibility and co-ordination.
AB BLASTER An intense abdominable workout, aimed at anyone desiring a toned stomach or that six-pack you’ve dreamed of!
CIRCUIT TRAINING A multi-station workout that can be taken at the intensity you want. This class develops strength, power, endurance and toning.
HULA HOOPING An aerobic workout using specially weighted fitness hula hoops. Helps to build on aerobic fitness as well as toning stomach and back muscles.
REVOLUTIONS (BIKE SPINNING) Improve your overall cardiovascular fitness, energy levels, flexibility, body toning and strength. Suits all levels.
POWER WALKING A fitness class that takes place outside the gym! Be led around the village for a social yet intensive walk, to work on cardio-vascular fitness, fat-burning, and muscular endurance and toning in the legs.
